Description:
Refresh and sharpen your understanding of laws and principles that affect real estate professionals.  Also, learn best practices, do's and don'ts , and tips to insulate yourself, and your broker, from liability in real estate transactions.  

This is a practical skills training course for Real Estate Salespersons and Brokers that concentrates on basic real estate principles and documents, which include: offers, agreements of sale, addendum, assignments, deeds and mortgages.

In this course, licensees will learn the nature of real estate, ownership interests, transferring titles, development, liens and encumbrances, leases, contract, wills, zoning, environmental law, taxes, and other key topics affecting transactions. 

Topics covered:
This course is scheduled for 4-days and provides 30-hours of classroom education. 

This course also fulfills 2 credits towards Broker's license requirements and all 14 hours of Mandatory Continuing Education for Broker and Salesperson’s license renewal. 

The information provided in this course will distinguish you from the other licensees in so far as real estate knowledge.
